Is the entire villa exclusively for my group?
Absolutely, the entire villa is reserved solely for you and your guests during your stay.

How can I secure a reservation?
You can request a personalized quote here or simply email us with your preferred dates and the number of guests. Booking directly with us saves you commissions from platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept wire transfers, payments via STRIPE, and ZELLE for your convenience.

What services are included in the rate?
Our inclusive rates cover concierge services prior to your stay, assisting with transportation, recommending dining options, planning activities, and helping you choose additional services like a chef, bartender, or masseuse.

Is renting a car necessary?
Not at all. Playa del Carmen's attractions are within walking distance, and taxis are readily available. We can also arrange daily transportation or tours if needed.

Can we check in early or have a late checkout?
Yes, early check-in or late checkout is possible at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Is there a place to store our bags?
Certainly, complimentary bag storage is available before and after your stay during specified times.

Is the private chef included in the price?

Where is the nearest grocery store?
A 24/7 convenience store is located next door to the villa, and several markets, as well as Walmart, are just a few blocks away.

When should we book services and activities?
The sooner, the better. Booking in advance ensures we have ample time to secure the services and activities you desire.

Are tips included?
Gratuity is not included in the rate but is greatly appreciated by our dedicated staff (three house staff, two security guards, and your concierge). Most guests tip between 7% and 15% of their payment. You can also conveniently send tips via VENMO after your stay.
